We put together a playlist of songs that have influenced us as a band, and personally over the years. Check it out below:
Our brand new EP is out now – it’s available to download and stream here
We recently got back from recording our brand new EP in Stinson Beach, California – Definitely one for the bucket list! We will be releasing in a couple months time and we can’t wait for you all to hear it!
Below are some pics from the time we spent in the U.S.
We are currently in studio doing pre-production for our 5th release! On the 15th of June we begin recording and this time we’re doing it with a brand new producer. His name is Cian Riordan and he’s from the USA (originally Ireland).
Cian started out in the industry as the assistant and then chief engineer for Rock producer Eric Valentine (Queens Of The Stone Age, The Wombats, Slash, All-American Rejects) and currently works out of Studio B at Barefoot Recording in Hollywood. Cian’s worked on some amazing albums including the mixing and engineering of the Wombats “Your Body Is A Weapon” and the production, engineering and mixing of HOLYCHILD’s debut. We’re amped to be working with him!
So our bassist – Mr. Stefan Henrico – recently tied the knot with the beautiful Lani Botha. The ceremony was held in Maboneng at Arts On Main. Everything about the wedding was as alternative as you could get… and it was fuckn awesome! The reverend even cleverly weaved some Z&G lyrics into the sermon! Haha.
Excited to announce that we’ve been nominated for our 8th SAMA! The nomination was for Best Rock Album for “Knuckles”. The awards are this Sunday on SABC 1 at 8PM. Greg will also be presenting 2 awards so be sure to check it out!
